Comprehensive Cover

Comprehensive insurance includes loss or damage of the Vessel up to the Agreed Value shown on the documentation, removal of wreck and salvage and automatically includes Third Party Liability cover if you damage another person’s vessel or injure someone else whilst using your own vessel in line with the policy terms and conditions. The maximum limit of liability will be shown within the Schedule.

Third Party Liability cover

Third Party Liability Insurance is limited to cover if you damage another person’s vessel or injure someone else whilst using your own vessel in line with the policy terms and conditions. The only cover provided under the policy is Section B Legal Liabilities excluding removal of wreck and salvage. You are not covered under any other section of the policy.
