Customers Duty of Care

Our Underwriters will ask for personal details about you and others to be insured, as well as details of and relating to the use of the vessel when assessing or accepting a request for insurance. It is very important that we have the correct information for the basis of providing insurance to you.

You must take all reasonable care not to provide misleading or false information for the purpose of obtaining insurance, and should be aware that if you do so, it may invalidate the cover and could mean that part or all of any claim may not be paid.
